Network consulting firm seeks a candidate for network engineer position to work with our growling client base in the NYC metro area. The position requires an individual who is a great project manager, can work independently and manage their time well, and present a professional image to our clients. Our firm is at the forefront of new technologies, so the position is a great opportunity for a technology junky who can think on their feet and would like to be part of our growing team.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Design, upgrade and continual maintenance of client networks.
- Timely diagnoses of, response to and resolution of client support cases, both onsite and remote.
- Analysis of networks and recommendations for improvements.
- Documentation of all work done for clients.
- 2-4 Years experience working as a network engineer or network administrator
- Experience working with Windows Server 2003, Exchange 2003, and XP Pro
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, LDAP, DNS, VOIP, VPN’s and Network Security.
- Experience with desktop support and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified Professionals, MCSE’s, CCNA’s

Participation in the Network Engineering program provides the hands-on experience students need to develop technical expertise and a better understanding of emerging technology. Upon completion of the program, select students will be asked to participate in subsequent summer sessions to build upon their achievements.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Assist in maintenance and upgrades of internal company network.
- Collaborate with eMazzanti Network Engineers on design and maintenance of client networks as well as basic desktop support.
- Technical training on products sold and supported by eMazzanti Technologies.
- Sales support in preparing necessary material for and attendance at trade events.
- Students pursing a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Information Technology Program or the like.
- Strong Microsoft/Linux networking knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
INTERN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
eMazzanti Technologies offers students the opportunity to participate in the evolution of a growing technology firm. Participation in the Technology Business Administration program provides the hands-on experience students need to appreciate the relationship between technology and business operations. Upon completion of the program, select students will be asked to participate in subsequent summer sessions to build upon their achievements.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Assist in marketing efforts including newsletters, mailings and press campaigns.
- Perform basic administrative functions to assist company executives.
- Industry research for existing and potential sales verticals.
- Sales support in preparing necessary material for client presentations and events.
- Students pursing a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Information Technology Program or the like.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office, desktop publishing applications and strong knowledge of HTML. Networking LAN/ WAN knowledge a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Collections, Payroll, Banking and weekly financial reports.
- Administrative tasks including filing, answering phones, and directing staff to client locations.
- Support sales staff by preparing quotes, communicating with vendors, and tracking orders.
- HR functions including benefits admin, hiring new employees and preparing materials for new hires.
- 2-4 Years experience working as a bookkeeper.
- MUST know QuickBooks and have great general computing skills*.
- Ability to read and produce financial reports such as P&L and Cash Flow Statements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
