IT Manager

At eMazzanti we are dedicated to serve all of the IT needs of our clients and in doing so we have been engaged by one of clients to help find an in house IT Manager.

Job Description:

General responsibilities include:

• Provide technology management, support and guidance to Firm
• Provide a high level of operational stability for all the technological systems that support the Firm’s Infrastructure. This includes all desktop and laptop computers, servers, phone systems, printers and copiers at a minimum.
• Manage high levels of service and support to each department within the organization.
• Provide high-level communications to Corporate Office including monthly project updates
• Responsible for integrating all properties owned by Firm into the internal network and implement security policies as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain a best practices Security Policy to keep all corporate assets safe from external and internal threats.
• Provide second tier technical and operational support to systems support personnel
• Manage property level and corporate-initiated technology implementations
• Develop and maintain a core set of proactive maintenance processes, which are performed on property systems.
• Manage “technical road map” execution
• Develop and maintain relationships with business vendors and manage their service
• Develop appropriate departmental customer facing relationships and address all staff technological problems as needed.
• 24×7 availability for support of C Level Staff.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4 years previous experience in related field with 2-3 years of management experience
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint
• Solid attention to detail and organization
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with internal team and outside partners
• Ability to move from details to “Big Picture” in all projects
• Strong Analytical skills, with a solid understanding of IT best practices and standards
• Strong commitment to service and highly motivated
