EMAZZANTI TECHNOLOGIES AND NEWARK BEARS AGREE TO MULTI-YEAR PARTNERSHIP

HOBOKEN, NJ – February 19, 2007 — eMazzanti Technologies and The Newark Bears Professional Baseball Club announce they have agreed to a multi-year sponsorship agreement. Within the agreement, eMazzanti will utilize the ballpark for customer events, inclusive of giveaway drawstring back packs at a sponsored event on Thursday, August 30 to the first 1,500 fans in attendance.

eMazzanti Technologies a Hoboken, New Jersey based business works with businesses to provide strategies for growth through the use of intelligent technology tools. After a successful season, eMazzanti joins the Bears again to continue their community efforts as well as stadium usage. Within the agreement, eMazzanti will give away drawstring back packs to the first 1,500 fans attending the game on Thursday, August 30 against the Camden Riversharks. Gates open at 11:05 am for a 12:05 pm first pitch. In addition, eMazzanti will use the stadium to host bi-weekly events to educate customers on the latest technology.
