Video Underscores East Coast IT Partner Alliance

Steve Hall, District Computers, on value of eMazzanti alliance

Hoboken, New Jersey - December 29, 2010 – Sometimes “growing the pie” trumps competing with one another.  Such is the case with two award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner and IT support experts in the NYC and DC areas as they rollout joint service support for customers along the northeast US business corridor.  A new video by eMazzanti Technologies featuring Steve Hall, president, District Computers, Washington DC, underscores the benefits of the new partner alliance.

“The alliance between eMazzanti and District Computers definitely grows the ‘pie’ or market area we can both service,” said Carl Mazzanti, chief operating officer, eMazzanti Technologies.

“We are jointly tackling new and bigger business opportunities than we would have had the resources to go after independently. It absolutely makes great business sense.”

Along with heading up District Computers, Hall is the Eastern Region US Chair for the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners. His responsibilities encompass a full range of collaborative business deals throughout the region.  His responsibilities include advocating partner-to-partner business and networking engagements and aiding partners and local chapters with direct reach from Microsoft.  The alliance with eMazzanti Technologies is an example of the kind of cross-company relationship that benefits each firm’s customer base.

Hall has a similar perspective to Mazzanti: “I have spent time at eMazzanti’s headquarters and with their customers as well,” said Hall. “They offer the same kind of best-of-breed product, sales and service we pride ourselves on. It’s a synergy of talent and technology. Best of all, we, collectively, can make a real difference for our customers.”

Business Partners Across the U.S.

Mazzanti sees even bigger plans for partner alliances across the country.

“We are in the process of developing a web-of-partners across the entire U.S. and are not limited to purely IT consulting work,” said Mazzanti. “Partners that install customer phone systems or who lay the internal wiring for a network are all part of the total package we offer customers. They are a known quantity and have the same high service standards we do.”

“We have strategic partners in every city where there’s an NFL team,” Mazzanti continues with intense sincerity. “It means we are competitively positioned to service a wide variety of clients in and around major US cities—and it means we’ve got passion for great football.”
