I run three Steven Alan stores and count on the technical expertise of the eMazzanti staff to trouble shoot problems and assist me when we have problems. But the service goes beyond just fixing the issue as the staff makes sure I understand the root of the problem and tips on trying to solve potential issues.  I'm never on hold for long and if needed, they return the call in a timely manner. Scott Parsons has been particularly helpful to me.
