Exchange Server 2016 & 2019
End of Support:
October 14, 2025
On October 14, 2025, Microsoft will officially end support for Exchange Server 2016 and 2019. That means no more security updates, bug fixes, or technical support—leaving your organization vulnerable and unsupported.
Time is running out.
Now is the moment to take control of your email infrastructure and move forward with confidence. Whether you’re migrating to the cloud or planning an on-premises upgrade, we’re here to help you make the transition smooth, secure, and future-ready.
What This Means for You
If you’re still running Exchange 2016 or 2019, it’s time to act. Continuing to operate unsupported systems increases your exposure to security threats, compliance risks, and operational disruptions.
Your Migration Options:
1. Migrate to Exchange Online or Microsoft 365
Make the leap to the cloud and unlock the full potential of modern collaboration. With Exchange Online, you gain access to advanced features, seamless updates, and built-in AI capabilities—all while reducing your on-premises infrastructure footprint.
2. Upgrade to Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE)
Prefer to stay on-premises? Microsoft will release Exchange Server SE in the second half of 2025. If you’re on Exchange 2019, you’ll be able to perform an in-place upgrade. If you’re on Exchange 2016, a legacy upgrade path is available—but time is tight
