To Chris and Tabish, I cannot express my gratitude enough for your thorough efforts and methodical troubleshooting on this specific case. The case was a textbook example of how trouble escalation should be with the expected result: a solution to the Issue. I had gone through the sslvpn client active directory troubleshooting myself but finally called It quits, then, I opened the eMazzanti help ticket. At first I thought I was losing my mind, but alas, you guys proved once again that my sanity was in-check and that I was not to blame for this one. Thanks to you, LKI is deploying sslvpn client globally to provide a better more secure network access for hundreds of our remote users. My hats off and A+++ to you guys! BTW… Carl and Isaac is cool too!
