This is a brief note to let you know that Doug  did a terrific job in straightening out a convoluted and frustrating enterprise activation problem with my Blackberry.  I truly appreciate both the way he figured out where the ultimate problem lay, and the fact that he didn’t just tell me what to do – he made sure the job was completed.

As a user there is nothing that is more valuable than getting my issue fully resolved, and Doug really got me there.
